Jennie J. Chang, M.D.

The following is the text of a letter that was sent to Dr. Chang’s patients:

“It is with great sadness that I write to inform you of my decision to leave my private practice at Fair Oaks Women's Health at the end of this year. After much consideration, I have accepted a position with the Southern California Kaiser Medical Group. It was not an easy decision for me, but one that I believe is in the best interest of myself and my family. I am excited for the upcoming changes in my life and career, but I will miss you – my wonderful patients!

I have enjoyed working alongside Dr. Jick, Mrs. Jick (“Marina’s Oasis”), Dr. Park, Diane
and the great staff at Fair Oaks Women’s Health and I hope you will continue your care with them. I know they will provide excellent and compassionate care. I truly believe that Fair Oaks Women's Health is one of the best Ob/Gyn practices in the area.

I have been so proud to have cared for you, and especially to have helped bring your little ones into the world.
It has brought me enormous joy and satisfaction as a physician and as a mother.
