		Diane Guerrero, R.N.P. (Women's Health Nurse Practitioner) Diane is our Ob/Gyn Nurse Practitioner. She earned her R.N. degree in 1977 from Los Angeles County (LAC-USC) Nursing School and she has worked in the Ob/Gyn field since 1980. She has been with Dr. Jick since 1989, working as his office nurse. In 1998, Diane became a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. Diane is married to Donald, and they have 2 daughters, Dawn and Dena (they like the letter D). She has a pet Akita dog named Kai. Her personal interests include arts and crafts, gardening, she’s especially proud of her more than 100 plumeria plants and she loves shopping at Michael’s and Home Shopping Network.
		Marina Jick, B.S., R.N., Licensed Aesthetician Marina, Dr. Jick’s wife of 27 years, runs Marina's Oasis, a medical aesthetics spa located in our office. Marina is a Registered Nurse and a licensed aesthetician. She takes pride in making a difference in her clients’ appearance and the way they feel about themselves. Marina’s offerings include Laser and IPL Hair Removal, Botox® Cosmetic, Juvederm® XC Dermal Fillers (now, with lidocaine!), Photo Rejuvenation (PhotoFacials, OmniLux® Phototherapy), Adult and Teen Skin Care (European Spa Facials, Designer Peels, MicroDermabrasion, Dermaplaning), Spider Vein Removal and Professional Massage Therapy. Marina's Oasis also carries professional skin care lines: Jan Marini® Skin Research, La Roche-Posay®, Latisse®, SkinCeuticals®, Vivite® and Clarisonic® (Pro, Mia, Opal). 		Martha Caravantes, Office Manager Martha has been working in the medical profession since 1990. She spent 13 years working for HealthCare Partners, including 4 years as the Front Office Supervisor for a medical office of 8 physicians and 20 employees. Martha comes from a family of 9 children. She helped take care of her younger siblings as they grew up. Martha has 2 grown daughters, and along with one of her daughters, likes to paint wall murals. In her free time, Martha likes to be with her family. Martha has a very proactive and engaging personality. She is a hard worker, and she loves taking care of patients. You can count on Martha to always put her best effort forward as she manages our practice and helps our patients!
		Rachel Hansen, RDMS, Ultrasound Technologist Rachel is a certified ultrasound technologist, having completed the Diagnostic Medical Sonography program at Modern Technology College. She is experienced in obstetrical, gynecological and vascular ultrasound. In 2003, Rachel earned her RDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) credential from the ARDMS (American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers®). Rachel knows the buttons on our ultrasound machine like a concert pianist knows the keys of a piano! Rachel is married and has 3 stepchildren and a new step-grandchild! Rachel also creates custom hula hoops and studies hoop dancing (she has even done a hula hoop FIRE DANCE!)
		Griscelda Lopez, Receptionist Griscelda has been our receptionist for a while but she is transitioning to a new position in our office, helping patients check-out after their visit. She loves her job because she enjoys meeting new people and says that the medical profession is very interesting. Griscelda is married to Pablo and they have two sons, Daniel and Diego. In her free time, Griscelda likes to be with her extended family, going to the beach or on picnics. This can be quite a large group because Griscelda has 10 sisters and 4 brothers!
		Claudia Delgado, Medical Assistant/Back Office Supervisor Claudia is an Ob/Gyn back office veteran. She started her career in 1989, and worked with Dr. Jick for many years in the 90's, before Dr. Jick started Fair Oaks Women's Health. Claudia enjoys the bonds that she has been forming with patients over the years. She loves seeing the joy when a patient becomes pregnant, all the way through the pregnancy’s ups and downs, to the proud visits of new moms, showcasing their adorable newborns! Claudia enjoys outdoor recreation, especially fishing, jet skiing, and other water sports. Claudia has a pet dog, part pit bull, named Kahlua, and she loves anything to do with dolphins (the sea mammal, not the football team).
		Johanna Quiroz, Medical Assistant Johanna (pronounced Jo-Anna) is a certified medical assistant with a kind and calming bedside manner. Johanna loves her job and enjoys helping to take care of pregnant women. She has a daughter, Mariah, and Johanna says that she really enjoyed her pregnancy. She loves going to the park with Mariah where they have picnics together.
		Maral Nigoghossian - Back Office Assistant Maral joined us in 2009. She has worked over 10 years as an ob/gyn back office assistant. Maral has experience with electronic medical records, ob and gyn ultrasound, clinical research and all aspects of women’s health. Maral enjoys helping people, is awed by the miracle of pregnancy and the start of a new life. Maral loves to cook … Armenian food, Chinese, Italian, you name it. She also bakes a great vanilla and chocolate marble cake. She spends a lot of time with her family and friends and she has 9 god-children!
		Christine Robinson, Receptionist Christine moved here from Maryland where she grew up. She is starting a new life in Pasadena with her new husband. Christine has enjoyed working in the medical profession for more than 8 years because she likes interacting with many people. She really likes the people of Pasadena and of course, loves the weather! Christine has a brother who works in Washington DC. She is also a dancer, and has studied jazz, ballet and tap dancing since she was young. We’re very happy to have Christine working here with us.
		Christy Martinez, EMR Specialist Christy has recently joined us, taking on the job of electronic medical records specialist. This position requires a combination of skill and saavy with computers and software, as well as good interpersonal skills since she also handles all of our medical records requests. We are pleased that Christy can handle both aspects of this challenging job quite well.
		Hilsin Villarreal, Medical Assistant Hilsin really likes working in an Ob/Gyn office and interacting with patients as they progress through their pregnancies. Hilsin loves the medical field and the opportunity to help others, and has wanted to work in this field since she was a child. Hilsin has a son whom she enjoys spending time with. She also likes discovering new places, new foods, being with people and she especially enjoys nature and the outdoors.
		Margaret Arriola, Receptionist Margaret (call her Margie!) has been working in the medical field for many years and she has a lot of experience in women's healthcare. She enjoys assisting and meeting new people. She is married to Art, and they have 2 teenage sons. They love to travel and enjoy outdoor activities. Margie also likes cooking, baking and going to the gym and she volunteered to make the coffee every morning! We welcome her as our newest staff member. Margie will be the first person you see when you come to our office!
		Dena Guerrero Dena has left our staff, because she is performing as a Polynesian dancer at Tokyo Disneyland. She will be there for all of 2012. If you happen to go to Tokyo this year, stop by Disneyland and please say "Hi!" to Dena.
