		Diane Guerrero, R.N.P. (Women's Health Nurse Practitioner) Diane is our Ob/Gyn Nurse Practitioner. She earned her R.N. degree in 1977 from Los Angeles County (LAC-USC) Nursing School and she has worked in the Ob/Gyn field since 1980. She has been with Dr. Jick since 1989, working as his office nurse. In 1998, Diane became a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. Diane is married to Donald, and they have 2 daughters, Dawn and Dena (they like the letter D). She has a pet Akita dog named Kai. Her personal interests include arts and crafts, gardening, she’s especially proud of her more than 100 plumeria plants and she loves shopping at Michael’s and Home Shopping Network.
		Marina Jick, B.S., R.N., Licensed Esthetician Marina, Dr. Jick’s wife of almost 25 years, runs Marina’s Oasis, a medical aesthetics boutique located here in our office. Marina is a Registered Nurse and also a licensed aesthetician. She takes pride in making a difference in her clients’ appearance and the way that they feel about themselves. Marina’s offerings include: Botox® therapy, varicose vein sclerotherapy, Lumenis One® IPL PhotoFacials, LightSheer® Diode Laser Hair Removal, facial peels (chemical, enzymatic, glycolic), European Spa facials, physical resurfacing (MicroDermabrasion and Dermaplaning), sclerotherapy (spider vein removal), rosacea care, teenage and adult acne care and treatment and more. Marina's Oasis also carries many fine lines of professional skin care products including La Roche-Posay/BioMedic, Kinerase, Jan Marini Skin Research, PREVAGE® MD and more. Marina will perform a detailed skin analysis and work with a client to develop a personalized, professional therapeutic skin care program.

		Rachel Hansen, RDMS, Ultrasound Technologist Rachel is a certified ultrasound technologist, having completed the Diagnostic Medical Sonography program at Modern Technology College. She is experienced in obstetrical, gynecological and vascular ultrasound. In 2003, Rachel earned her RDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) credential from the ARDMS (American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers®). Rachel knows the buttons on our ultrasound machine like a concert pianist knows the keys of a piano! Rachel is married and has 3 stepchildren and a new step-grandchild! Rachel also creates custom hula hoops and studies hoop dancing (she has even done a hula hoop FIRE DANCE!)
		Griscelda Lopez, Receptionist Griscelda works as our receptionist and front-office assistant. She loves her job because she enjoys meeting new people and says that the medical profession is very interesting. Griscelda is married to Pablo and they have two sons, Daniel and Diego. In her free time, Griscelda likes to be with her extended family, going to the beach or on picnics. This can be quite a large group because Griscelda has 10 sisters and 4 brothers!
		Claudia Delgado, Medical Assistant/Back Office Supervisor Claudia is an Ob/Gyn back office veteran. She started her career in 1989, and worked with Dr. Jick for many years in the 90's, before Dr. Jick had opened up his current private practice. We welcomed Claudia back when she became available again and now she is our back office supervisor. Claudia enjoys the bonds that she has been forming with patients over the years. She loves being there for the whole process - seeing the joy when a patient becomes pregnant, all the way through the pregnancy’s ups and downs, to the proud visits of new moms, showcasing their adorable newborns! Claudia enjoys outdoor recreation, especially fishing, jet skiing, and other water sports. Claudia has a pet dog, part pit bull, named Kahlua, and she loves anything to do with dolphins (the sea mammal, not the football team).
		Liz Ceballos, Receptionist and Billing Assistant Liz is our receptionist and billing assistant. She answers phones, makes appointments, and helps patients complete their end-of-visit paperwork. Liz is a hard worker and is very dependable. Liz has a young son, Luis and a daughter, Leanna. She loves her vacations because she visits her large family in El Paso Texas where she has 24 aunts and uncles (yes, 24) and too many cousins to count!
		Johanna Quiroz, Medical Assistant Johanna (pronounced Jo-Anna) is a certified medical assistant with kind and calming bedside manner. Johanna loves her job and enjoys helping to take care of pregnant women. She has a young daughter, Mariah, and Johanna says that she really enjoyed her pregnancy. She loves going to the park with Mariah where they have picnics together.
		Dena Guerrero, Office Assistant Dena is a great asset to our office acting as our back office “behind the scenes go-to girl.” Her duties include inputting information into our EMR system and providing any additional help needed by our office staff. Dena’s mother is Diane, our Nurse Practitioner, who provides Dena with lots of useful teachings. Dena recently also spent a year performing as a Polynesian dancer at Tokyo Disneyland. Dena is also enrolled at Cal State Fullerton, majoring in Child Development. She is a full-time student and still works hard part-time with us!
		Maral Nigoghossian - Back Office Assistant Maral joined us in 2009. She has worked over 10 years as an ob/gyn back office assistant. Maral has experience with electronic medical records, ob and gyn ultrasound, clinical research and all aspects of women’s health. Maral enjoys helping people, is awed by the miracle of pregnancy and the start of a new life. Maral loves to cook … Armenian food, Chinese, Italian, you name it. She also bakes a great vanilla and chocolate marble cake. She spends a lot of time with her family and friends and she has 9 god-children!
		Michelle Johnston, Medical Billing Michelle has been in the medical field since 1985. She is a hard worker, is good at her job and can help patients deal with and understand the complex issues involved in insurance company billings and statements. Michelle is very active with her family and friends. She is happily married to Steve; together, they have a daughter, Natalie, and a son, Cole who keep her pretty busy with all their activities.
