We now have the injectable preservative-free version of the vaccine.

If you have not already received the H1N1 vaccine elsewhere, we invite you to come to our office for an H1N1 vaccine injection

Vaccination Times:

Monday through Friday starting 8:30 am. to 4:30 p.m. No appointment is necessary

We are sorry, but we cannot vaccinate children or anyone who is not our current patient.
We can vaccinate your spouse.

The fee is $25, payable at the time of service, for the vaccine only.
This does NOT include a consultation with a physician. For this, you need to make an appointment.
